Ray Romano would've been funnier (spoilers)

You know the scene where Patricia Heaton is watching the game with her husband and she says: "Honey, this guy's doing something strange in his raincoat." I thought it would've been funnier to see Ray Romano as Ray Barone in here. That would've made more sense.

It would have, but let's remember that ELR premiered a little over 2 months before Space Jam on September 13, 1996. At the time it wasn't as popular.
