Why did Michael Jordan live in a middle class home?

Made no sense

reply

Like he's gonna use his real house.

reply

Hahahhahahaa.
Cheap mofo.

They probably didnt want to upset the audience and made them realize how large he lives.

reply

It was a big house then he got divorced

reply

I thought it was a nice sized house for a movie. It didn't need to be a super huge mansion. It's a kids movie.

reply

I agree, it made him seem normal going home to his normal house.
I never even noticed his home.

What kind of nonsense it would have been to see him roll up to an Oprah type home.

reply

It'd make the rest of the movie worse, honestly. He's supposed to be a normal father, not a rich billionaire.

I think people have missed the entire point of the movie, which is to entertain kids.

reply

Because it would seem too lavish

reply

That did not look like a middle-class home. That was very distinctly either an upper-middle-class home, or a mansion in a community full of mansions. I mean, that house could easily cost a minimum of $3 million! Kinda out of the price range of many middle-class families.

reply

Making the house larger, with jacuzzis, champagne, cigar smoking, hired girls in bikinis and his childhood friend having a good time wouldn't go with the image they were trying to depict of him in the film.

reply

You should see Shaqs house

reply

if that's a middle class home, living in a first world country must be nice :(

reply

Ahh the misuse of the first/second/third world perpetuates

reply

Is the USA not part of the first world?

reply

To show that he is a “normal guy.”

reply

it looked bigger on the inside. i was thinking more so why wasn't he living in a gated community.
