Question about the end(Might Contain Spoilers)

Toward the end after tony's charather gets killed and sucked down into that portal leading to hell john is talking to someone in his psychiatry office he closes his eyes for a mintue and then tony takes the place of the person he's talking to and then he says something but i not sure what it was i think he says something like"you know what's really scary?The fact that there is somethings that you can't control"or something like that.Does anybody know the exact words he said?
