I saw this film really young. The Double Feature of this and the original was actually the first DVD I bought. It wasn't until later I learned he was transgender.
I also like THE WEDDING SINGER. Adam Sandler's best film, that's for sure.

This was one of my favorites from childhood back in the video store days.
It's still the main thing I associate him with and always will be. I'm sorry to see things turn out the way they did for him.

I rented this at random years ago and developed an immediate crush on Alexis/his character.
I've been watching for this movie on Amazon for a loong time now, even the vhs are crazy expensive.. After I heard about Alexis' passing, I said 'screw it' and paid $10 for a used vhs.
Totally worth it. I spent the weekend watching it, and I still love it just as much.
RIP Alexis. <3
