One of the messages that ALSO happens to be in the movie is that...

... as wrong and of course as also UNACCEPTABLE as it is, unfortunately, some or at least ONE kind of prejudice in humanity exists because it is within people, within their (however flawed) human nature and that it is up to us and US ALONE (as in, there are no other forces of nature outside of human beings who can "step in" and "help us") to try and sort it out, and I think to some extent, the movie wasn't being "homophobic" per say by mentioning other people react to (in this movie's case, male on male forms of sexual abuse, and in the movie, a guard on prison inmates) but rather showing that people, including in help centers, have an unfortunate tendency to react that way, even though they shouldn't.

And I wonder - couldn't those people INDEED, as shown in the movie, be more SENSITIVE towards such an issue and free of prejudice?

Yeah, if someone was murdered for instance, such people, and they WOULD be wrong if they WERE to think and act like this, they would NOT be immediately either victim blaming or in case of male on male violence as such, prejudiced in that sense. So why oh WHY do such traits exist in matters related to sexual abuse, do those people want to simply piss us (civilized not to mention de-facto victimized) off or do they have flawed and stubborn prejudiced traits, even if they are of course wrong and UNacceptable, especially but not limited to that, if they were to come from adults?
