uk arrow release 118 mins re edit

ok im quite baffled about all these versions i know the initial release in the uk was pre cut by about 3 mins making it 110 mins , and i know the italian dvd is longer at the time but what about the arrow 118 re edit is this the longer italian print with the uncut bits that was cut original in the uk
