Scott probably could have sued her for making that video and causing him persoanl trama. Do I think he should be able to, or win for that matter....NO, but he was found not guilty. What she did was similar to what those students did to their Room mate at Rutgers in September 2010 which led to his suicide.

I agree. The same case is for that girl who wrote the messages on the mirrors. If she had gotten caught, she could have been sued for slander and gotten in trouble. Those two parts of the film sent a bad message.
