I've been a Scream fan since the late 90s, & I just realized this recently myself. Both Ulrich, & Lillard were 26, & Arguette was 24. I didn't realize he was that young back then.

shareArquette was almost 25 during principal photography & Lillard had turned 26 a few months prior so it's not like there was a full two year difference there. Still Arquette definitely always came across as older to me despite typically playing eccentric & immature, doofus like characters.
shareThe movie was released in December 1996 and his birthday is in September. So, he turned 25 in September after the movie was already finished filming. Movie was filmed from April-June of 1996. He was 25 when the movie was released in December, but 24 during filming.
