How come all the actors in this movie are from Canada except of course Melissa Joan Hart. Was it filmed in Canada?

I'm pretty sure it was filmed in British Columbia.....Vancouver, i think.

Just in case anyone still cares. Yes. It was filmed in Canada, but by a US company. It says so in the credtis on the front page, here.
