One Question...

About Randy Quaid's portrayal of Randy Weaver: for a Special Forces (not really any such thing as an "ex-green beret)soldier, he relied on his wife a lot.
I mean, I understand he loved her, but seemed WAAAAY too indecisive to have gone through Special Forces.
Green Berets are not noted for their wishy/washy-ness.

Refusal to believe does not negate the truth.

It's been a long time since I've seen this movie and it's one that I wish not never see again. But from what I remember about Randy and Vikki Weaver is that they relied on each other. Which is how any married couple, no matter your religious or political beliefs should be. If the portrayal of Randy and Vikki in the movie was true, they sure did have a lot of love for each other. But then I can see what the OP is talking about because she was the one who said they should go live in the mountains and he followed, but then she went where ever he went too.
