For me it was all the women that was stuck in a giant cocoon.But i can't remember how many they had.I think it was about three or more.But i am not sure.Do you remember how many it was?

i watched this 2day and it was 4 all together.
you only see 3 in the cocoon because the first women gets out and then has an evil little baby (a litle like Its Alive)..
