Bad movie, fun set

In 1996 I was pregnant, between jobs & bored and decided to work as an extra. I got called for this "film", which was ridiculous, but the actors & crew were so much fun. It was a very relaxed set where nobody acted like a diva.

Robert Carradine didn't seem happy to be part of it, but he was still nice to the "little people".

I was amazed that the set designer made special accommodations for my pregnancy regarding the cigarette smoke on set, and during the "birth" scene, I was surrounded by cast & crew making sure I was ok.

Emma Samms was a genuine & kind person, and as Robert Carradine put it at the wrap, the "only classy part of this whole thing". She was classy, but not the only thing classy about it, as seen above.

My favorite part, though, was sitting at lunch with Bert Remsen. What a funny guy he was, with great stories.

It turns out the only part of me that made it into the final cut was my hair, the long blonde mass in the bar scene. But it was fun. :)

Sounds like you had fun, as an extra (background actor) myself, I know the funs and joys of the movie business, that's what really is the downer of making scenes, you never know which will end up being used...!
