I live in Madang, a small town on the north coast of Papua New Guinea. Where-ever I go the locals point out "This is where they filmed Robinson Crusoe", be it a river, a cave or a beach.
I'm trying to buy the DVD over the internet and get it shipped here and check it out, I guess I'll be able to confirm or deny once I see it.
It was filmed in Madang, Papua New Guinea. I would know I am from there, it was filmed in my aunts village.
