I think that's a bit too easy. You could just as well claim that the modern classic Lola Rennt stole the concept of this movie. There are quite a few movies out there using this concept. I had fun watching this one. I enjoyed Source Code too (although it was a bit disappointing considering the raving reviews) but Tom Tykwer obviously made it work the best with Lola Rennt. IMHO of course.
