Didn't notice Butterfly Effect(2004) in this movie?

It's referenced Back to the Future, Terminator. But I think Butterfly Effect referred this movie too much. B.E should be Retroactive 2 I think.

Butterfly's main idea is come back in the past and again, and again. then the present's situation is more seriously. That's little difference between Back to the future. Back to the Future's main idea is 'past change, present change'.

I felt really similiar to Butterfly Effect. How about you?

I didn't see Timecrimes and Triangle. So I checked it out but I still don't know which one is earlier than this movie.

seriously? so any movie about going back in time to fix something is a ripoff of this crappy movie?
sure, there's one similarity, but this movie is more like groundhog day, butterfly effect is not about going back to the same place or repeating something again and again until you get it right, it's about how going back and changing small things in different places of your personal history can have significant results in your present.
the only issue I had with butterfly effect was the casting for the lead role, I think with a better actor it would've been a much better movie (although for ashton it's a pretty good turn, better than most of his movies).

While not going back to the same specific point in time, Evan repeatedly returned to the past again and again until he got it right.

You can't palm off a second-rater on me. You gotta remember I was in the pink!

Butterfly Effect, Triangle, Timecrimes and the recent one Source Code all took stuff from this film. Quite sad, because they know how obscure it is so no one will notice.
