The music!

Does anyone know where I can find the title to the Russian sounding song playing while Alan/Rasputin er...flashed everyone at that eatery? Or, even the main theme would be good, the one they played at the end. I really loved the music and can't find its titles anywhere! thanks.

EXACTLY!
I've been searching to find out this music or somehow the soundtrack of the moive, but found nothing.
I guess it's a gypsie/cossak type of folk russian music and would appreciate if someone knows how to find it on CD.

Jepp!
Also looking for the music!
Anyone had success yet? Any clues?
There is this song "Rasputin" by Boney M. Has absolutely nothing to do with the movie, but is *beep* great! *giggle*
"Ra- ra- Rasputin, Russia's greatest love machine..." *rofl*
I LOVE it!

Count me in.
I want to know the name of that song too!

SOMEBODY HELP US!

If you are looking for the instrumental music that was played for the trailers and I believe is the song played in the end, it is titled "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Edward Grieg. Look for it in the classical music section.

I downloaded the Grieg song and it wasn't the one... :(
Just thought you should know ...

I need to have this song! I have been looking for years now!

reply

Same here. The song is intoxicating and have never found out what the name of it is or who sung it. Gypsy type song.

reply

I need to know it too. Could be Ukrainian or something.

reply

Ya know, now that you mention it, I wonder if maybe it's Georgian, what w/ the Gypsy portrayal? Gotta look.

I have been trying to find the music from this movie for years as well and came here hoping it would be listed but disappointed to find it wasn't. I think I tried recording it off the DVD using my computer's microphone but it didn't come out good. Would love to find a copy of that song. Guess I'm not the only one who really liked it.
