Being from Scotland, if I were in charge of the script, the Scottish guy would have been a fat drunk Rangers supporter who sticks pint glasses in his opponent's faces....but thats me..

Maybe he's using the British (Well, to be accurate: English) martial art: Baritsu if I am not mistaken.

judging from his stance, i'd say it was boxing (marquess of queensbury rules most likely) but don't quote me on that. the kick was probably just out of anger.

In actuality, Scotland's national fighting style is *beep*-Yu which consists of headbutting your opponent, then kicking them when they are on the ground.

I'm from the west of scotland and i can assure you the rangers fan with the pint glass is closest you could really get to a scottish martial artist. although in a tournament fight they would need 4 assistants to hold their target down (their target would need to be a kid). their only experiance at one on one fighting is when their team gets gubbed (beaten to those none scots) and they go home to take it out on their wifes, they are considered extremely skilled wife beaters. although they are only really good at wife beating, their knuckles are extremely hard and solid due to dragging their knuckles across the ground so if you held still for a couple of minutes they could maybe cause some damage. to be fair though they take it really serious when they are training for a fight. a typical training day involves a long walk wearing ridiculous looking clothes from the 18th century or something. this walk can take up nearly a whole day. their nutrition intake during these training sessions consists solely of buckfast a tasty energy drink made by the ancient monks of buckfast abbey. their training walks involve loud boring annoying training music which to anyone else would seem completely evil, but these rangers fans are of course christian and it helps them on their spiritual journey to heaven a sample line from one of their christian tunes "up to our knees in fenian blood" of course as true christians they would never exclude women and children and these lines are meant for them too. after their trainig session(which included marking their territoty by pissing anywhere they can), they disperse into smaller groups and look for a target they can easily defeat (usually some poor kid who has unfortunetly decided to wear a green jumper or t shirt that day, green really seems to set them off) after that it's home for a couple of rounds with their missus followed by a trip to the hospital the then police station to be charged with assault.
