Netflix

Don't bother to stream this movie from Netflix. The movie is so dark and the sound is so low.

reply

Its dark because its set at night for the most part. As for the sound, I cranked it to 30 on my 12 year old tv and was fine.

^I know the difference between night and day. The movie has a poor light quality when it's streamed. As to sound, I streamed it on my laptop and the sound was very low. Certainly, that problem would not exist if you watched it on your TV on a DVD. Or even if you streamed it to your TV (which I've never done), I'm guessing the sound would be ok there too because the sound volume on a TV can be very high.

I agree with the post prior to this. The film is fine on a TV Netflix streaming on my PC sucks and yes the audio is low for all films and all tv shows. This is also a problem on YouTube. But my main viewing is done on a CRT 27" connected to a Xbox via RCA cables. This and the other two films looked and sounded great. But it really doesn't matter, all three movies to the trilogy expire and will be removed today from Netflix.

reply

That's weird, because the DVD quality is HORRID, too.

reply

I eventually bought the trilogy on DVD and am very pleased with the set.

reply

No, it's really not.

It's supposed to look like that...
