I'm SURE everyone agrees.

God this board is always so dead...Thought about your question for the last couple days and for me it is the best foreign trilogy ever. But I am so hoping for a Pusher IV...Thus making it the best foursome of films ever. What would that be called?

"Master your high or die under the staff!"

reply

Pusher IV: the return of Radovan. I'd watch that.

reply

Possibly...But I have this feeling it is going to be about Milena, Milo's daughter. But I'm sure Radovan will make an appearance...Peace.

Well I guess I should add the Dead or alive trilogy at close second from Takashi Miike

reply

And we also shouldn't forget, Chan-wook Park's Vengeance Trilogy!

Not the best trilogy, I'd say, I only really like the first one. Best Danish movie ever.

Thanks for the recommendations, Fwank. I'll be check them out too! Peace.

reply

You're welcome. They're not crime movies, though. It's a trilogy where each movie is following a certain social class. Bænken (The Bench) follows a poor alcoholic, Arven (The Inheritance or The Legacy) the son of a rich man, and Drabet (The Killing) follows a middle class man.

Peace.

I would rank the Infernal Affairs trilogy a notch higher though, imo. Pusher series is awesome though!

Millennium trilogy ! (My favorite)
The man with no name trilogy
Infernal affairs trilogy
Vengeance trilogy
Pusher trilogy
Trois couleurs trilogy
The eye trilogy
Dead or alive trilogy
Art of the devil trilogy
Ringu trilogy
Amores perros, 21 grams, Babel trilogy (Ok it's only half foreign)

Those are all the trilogies I can come up with that I have seen (And liked). And not counting the trilogies from my country, that nobody would know.

khou van je voor altijd, cutiepie <3

I agree, it's right there with Miike's "Dead or Alive". I would love to see Nicolas make few more Pusher films.
