I really want the trilogy to be released in a blu-ray set full to the brim with special features. With Nicolas being a renowned filmmaker this seems like a great idea. I personally would buy it day one.

Agreed.
They also need to bring 'Bleeder' out in a nice edition. I thought that with the success of 'Drive' this would have happened already, but maybe his older films are tied up in licensing.
