Does anyone know what it is called?

I know 'The Championettes' had a Dutch remake of it, but I'm looking for the original French version.

It is called "Siffler sur la colline" and is sung by Joe Dassin.

If you mean the song that Igor and Roger sing it's 'Suddenly I love You', originally sung (in English) by The Tremeloes.
