movie like this

i remember a movie like this one but it is a bit different. It was about this girl that hated her parents and got her boyfriend to kill them for her. I believe that it was based on a true story and i originally thought Kellie Martin was the girl but i think i am wrong. If anyone knows what i am talking about please reply!
