Remake?
There is an IMDB listing for a new Portrait of a Lady in development. I don't subscribe to pro so I can't find any details, but it makes me wonder: What director would do it justice, and who would you want to see play the roles today?
shareThere isn't much info on it yet. Only the 'Carol' producers are remaking it. I don't think they match the film. It was previosuly done in 1968. I din't knownif it'll be successful. Jane Campion's
Movie was great, but not many people watched it.!
