Why did Netflix keep recommending this garbage to me?

I finally added it to my list on Netflix because they just kept on recommending it.

It was unwatchable. Absolutely not funny.

Yeah, it did for me too, i'm glad i checked IMDB first.

The categories are fairly broad and dont take into account things like quality. Just rate it one star and it wont come up as much and neither will similar crap.
