Does anybody know the make and model of the CB radio that Forest Whitaker was using?

I'm thinking it's probably obselete by now.

I believe it was a Ham Radio judging by the QSL cards he has displayed behind him.

It's a HAM... don't know the brands.
You have to be licensed by the FCC.
