This movie is my favorite low budget movies

I know it had really bad errors in continuity. and it wasn't Oscar worthy. but it is a really fun movie people who give this movie bad reviews can't really relate. but I'm allot like Benny an overweight hopeless romantic with a poetic soul. and I watch this movie every summer I've seen it at lease 20 times it's my inspiration for a good summer. some of you have great lives so you take for granted what you have and others have to big of an ego and take themselves to seriously but if you didn't like the movie don't watch it. but I like it and I think I might watch it tonight.

i havent seen this movies in a long long while but i remember when i saw it i was laughing. the parts i can remember were pretty funny. like when both benny and durell are asleep while driving and durell wakes up and sees they're about to collide with another car and goes "BENNY YOU FAT MOTHA FOCKA!!!"

This is one of my fave low budget movies too. The movie doesn't take itself seriously and no it's not oscar quality or anything even close, but it's very entertaining. I love Phat BEACH!

I remember bein in middle school when this came out and I saw in theatres. I gotta see this again.

It has it's funny moments and it beats comedies out now.

I saw it on Netflix, it's pretty funny in that low budget 90s way. I wish it had more Coolio though, kind of disappointed his scene was so short.
