the actor that plays gunther was 19 when the movie was made? isnt that a little to old?? 1997-1978 is 19 so he was 19 yrs old not 14.. dang for a 19 yr old he does look like 14..

Casting directors always tend to cast people who are like 5-25 years older than their characters are.

how could she be 35 and he be 30? it makes my head spin!
It doesn't seem possible they could play that age!

omg. i know! he looked sooo young.
like i was in the main page of this movie, and i was looking for the guy who played the main character... and i didn't think it was the first guy listed [even though it should be], because the guy would be like 19-ish when the movie was made.

then i come on this thread.

We dont know the filming date. Only the release date. It was released outside the US in 1996. It could have been filmed in 1995 or even earlier. Some movies sit around a while before they actually get released. Kyle was young looking for sure. I would say he was about 16, maybe 17 when it was filmed.
