Song at the end

I remember watching this movie on tv about ten years ago and wanting to know what song/artist was at the end as well. I bought the soundtrack a few days later and was disappointed because the song was not included in the cd. I did, however, discover Richie Haven's "Follow" and Django Reinhardt. I eat, sleep, breathe, play, record and listen to music all of the time and "Follow" will probably always remain one of the most beautifully composed songs I've ever heard. Oh, Erik Satie's "Gymnopédie 1" is also included in the film but not on the released soundtrack and is amazing as well.
