just watched it

Sweet movie. There were a few tearjerk-y moments like when Julie finally reunites with her son, but I actually thought the best parts of the movie were the flashbacks. I was much more interested in Julie and Steve's relationship as teenagers than their relationship as adults. I felt like the movie skipped too many parts and even though it's predictable in nature, they could have set it apart from other TV-movies in other ways. Basically I thought this was an average movie, even though I was left wanting to know more about the characters and their lives. Grade: B. Recommended for fans of Lifetime movies, I doubt anyone else would enjoy this movie.

I love this movie, it's one that I watch when I'm feeling down. My sister told me about it when it first came out then I saw it when they re-ran it on CBS and I recorded it. I showed it to my mom who loved it and also my friend at work who loved it. It's just one of those movies that touches your heart. I can't even imagine what poor Julie went through being separated from her one true love and her baby boy all those years. She tried so hard to find love after that and just seemed to give up after awhile. It's good to know she was
re-united with Steve and Scott.
