Name of TV movie of same couple?

In the mid 90s there was a made for TV movie about this same bank robbing couple,(Chicago suburbs, 1990 & 1991) but this time it was from the police side of the story. It delt with a newspaper reporter whos father was a security guard. Does anybody remember this title?
