Makes No Sense- Ashley Judd's character killed Monroe

So now that I've finally seen Norma Jean & Marilyn, it makes sense why Marilyn Monroe died- her evil sister (or who ever Judd was) forced her to take the pills and kill herself that night. Marilyn Monroe was a Hollywood legend, almost got Kennedy to marry her and was smarter than people thought. Until this movie released, I had no idea she had this cruel, pale and weird woman living with her and telling her she was worthless. A few questions come to mind-

1. Why would Monroe allow Judd's character to remain in her home? She was rich- where were her housekeepers and security? They could have told Judd's character to leave the premise.

2. Judd's character should have been prosecuted. She murdered Marilyn- and forced her to take the drugs. If it hadn't been for her in the room at the end, Marilyn would still be alive.

3. Marilyn Monroe was a Gemini- they are known to have split personalities.

Ashley Judd's character (Norma Jean) is an abstract character, Marilyn's projection of her own inner conscience, or rather it gives the audience insight into what Marilyn is thinking about herself and her situation.
