24 years ago today, Amy Carnevale was murdered by her boyfriend.

Twenty-four years ago today, Amy Carnevale was murdered at the brutal hands of her boyfriend Jamie Fuller. She was only 14 years old. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers! :)

She was killed on August 23 1991, not April 23

I think that on the night of August 23, 1991 when Jamie took Amy for a walk in the woods, he was planning on killing her. The attack by Jamie on his girlfriend, Amy was not only brutal, it was humiliating. He stabbed her multiple times and slit her throat and wrapped her whole body in garbage bags and tied cylinder blocks to it and sank her to the bottom of Shoe Pond to finish the job. For 1 year and 2 months everyone but Amy's family and friends were fooled and thought that Amy ran away until just one day, an unidentified source gave the police a tip on where to find Amy and a confession as well and that unidentified source was one of Jamie's friends who was the only eyewitness that night because he knew that Jamie should not be able to get away with it so he reported him and they immediately made the arrest and found Amy's body and Amy's family and friends were all heartbroken when they found Amy's body. On, October 23, 1992, Jamie Fuller was convicted of first-degree murder and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole. When Jamie killed Amy, it wasn't on a whim and it wasn't blind uncontrolable rage. It was an abusive relationship. For Jamie, true love proved no match for control and possessiveness. I bet there was so much of betrayal and a lot of hate that Amy's family and friends felt towards Jamie for doing that and there is no real words for it that a person could be like that and do that and I also bet that they would ask him, "Why? Why did this all happen? What gave you the right to take her life?" and they despise him because he took something away from them that they can never have again.
