Very Confusing Film

This film is filled with all sorts of things that don't make sense or don't forward the story ... and this throws me off. For example ...

- Dad having sex with his patients

- Spraying seltzer water in Fascist food bag

- toothpaste or stuff on the guys face

- Red dust

Add these things to the very confusing beginning (having birthday cake with woman playing your mother in a movie ... while wearing the wrong jacket) and you have a film that is pretty hard to follow.
