Did Al ever 'do it' to Elie?

After Al and Elie meet, they go to his place and she says she needs a ride to her mom´s place, is there any way of knowing if they had sex? After all, they were all alone on his bed, right? How could he póssibly refrain with such a sex-pot right on his lap? I just saw it on A&E and the scene just cuts to them driving down to see her mother, but there may be a missing (cut) scene in between. Anyone recall this?
