Jeff Bridges ..

..Is an extremely convincing actor.. or could it be that he actually liked her? I mean, that last scene on the street deserved a oscar. I know he has always beeen a very likable guy, and that he has an optimistic outlook and a exuberant way, but dang, he's really good ! I watched this film harkening back to Kris Kristofferson's view of Babs in the 1975 remake of A Star is Born. The only scene he enjoyed was the one where he threw her ass down in the mud. He kept getting it off wrong on purpose because it "felt so good" ..Ahh Jon Peters...

correct me if i'm wrong but but wasn't jon Peters married to Lessley Ann Warren thenn dated Striesand.

Yes, he preyed on the woman's insecurity and pulled his Svengali role out of his pocket.. they were married from 1967 to 1974 I think. I really enjoy Lesley Ann Warren. First thing I saw her in was that Television thing of Cinderella. She is also a favorite go-to actress of writer/director Alan Rudolph. She was excellent in his films. I believe he made her feel comfortable in her skin. Drew wonderful performances out of her in 'Choose Me' and 'Trixie'. Keith Carradine.. the same deal...

I always felt like Jeff Bridges and his sisters and brothers were raised well. I always appreciated Lloyd Bridges likable quality altho by some accounts he was a bit of a womanizer and his little wife put up with it.. Jeff always said how much he simply adored his mother .. and his dad as well but he had real love for his mama...

I always found Jeff Bridges attractive, even in Tron Legacy. He has amazing hair.

I've had a think for Jeff Bridges since I was about 12 years old. He is a brilliant actor that kind of stayed under the radar for a long time until the Oscar win. I think he's fantastic in this film and my lord he is gorgeous.

I love him in everything he's done, but the one that stands out, for me, is Starman. What a beautiful, innocent, funny, moving, vulnerable but strong character he played. Melted my heart.
