US distribution was a joke


The story about the distribution of this movie in the US is a real joke. Here is an example of how to spoil a great movie.

The movie was distributed by a company that bought the movie during the Cannes Festival without watching it. Back in LAX they hated the movie and released it at theaters with the wrong aspect ratio and in mono. The movie was released in the US with a poster showing an insect wearing a pair of sunglasses, that alone explains how the US distribution did not understand at all what the movie was all about.

No wonder the movie is so hard to find in DVD or BluRay those days on the other side of the pound.
