Whats his name ? (POSSIBLE SPOILER)

The nasty guy who threw her in the cabbinet and dumped a rat in a sack next to her. Seriously. That looked SO much like Peter Ustinov.. Was it him ? I cant find out who it is in the movie (IE. His charactername)
Ive seen the Harry potter movies so if its not Peter Ustinov Im dead sure its at least somone from the HP cast somwhere. I just cant put my finger on who he is.

Well at least in the very first shot as Marys father (how DID i miss that in the cast list) he looks VERY much like Peter Ustinov. ( Peter would have made an excelent Dumbledore were it not for the insignificant fact that he is dead)
