Just for the sake of it, my solution would be to trick the psychiatrist that I was "cured" as quickly as possible. Then hired a private detective (one who knows what he's doing) to gather proof. The detective wouldn't report him because it's a paid job, and what does he care if Jason turns out to be crazy? The whole town will be in one spot that day, so finding a hiding spot would be simple because he wouldn’t have to worry about someone sneaking up behind him. He would have plenty of time to take photos of the cemetery. He could also gather proof during the time of year when people are less on guard. Then Jason could go to the police (different ones obviously) when he has substantial proof, and ambush the town at the appropriate time so the citizens have no time to map out a story.
