DVD or VHS release?

Was this released on DVD or VHS? If so where can I find it. I remember seeing this when it came out and I would love to see it again.

I got it on DVD a few years back on Ebay or from a seller on Amazon for really cheap, less than 5 bucks

See it on youtube. It's been uploaded in 7 parts.

See it soon before somebody complains of copyright infringement and the movie is taken down.
