My interpreation of the film

The whole thing is dream, well except after the first part. There is a saxophone player and he is being stalked by madman serial killer like Iligah Wood in "Maniac", and then he falls asleep and dreams a sex dream, but he has rape fantasy because he is a drug abuser heroin (jazz musician, typical)
