Dubbed?

This whole movie was astonishingly like a train wreck: so bad you couldn't take your eyes off of it.

Also, it appeared to me that both Kelsey Grammer and Michael Richards were dubbed. The voices coming out of them just didn't seem to belong to them. Perhaps Kelsey Grammer simply couldn't get the British accent, but I don't know what Michael Richards' problem was. The whole thing was just weird!
