Don't discount this!

This is a very good cable TV movie with some very good acting in it by a number of people from great cop shows.

It has George Dzundza as one of the suspects, he was Capone's warden in the great Paramount series The Untouchables from the early 90s.

It has Gwynyth Walsh, who was Da Vinci's wife on the greatest cop show of all time, Da Vinci's Inquest, plus it has a lot of other actors who were on that show and Cold Squad.

It also has Roger R. Cross, who was Curtis on 24 until Jack Bauer shot him in the neck.

Two great scenes are the one at the peep show and the one at the bridge near the end.

As far as serial killer movies go, this one is top 5 for sure. It also points out what most people don't realize, that many or most killings done by serial killers are sex crimes, even though there isn't any rape or other kind of sex, the killer actually gets a sex thrill from a certain kind of killing, and ends up in such a way that he can't get any sex thrill anymore without more killing.

If you like this kind of show, let me point you to another serial killer cable TV movie, the greatest TV movie of all time, Citizen X. It stars two great actors, Stephen Rea and Donald Sutherland, and also has the greats Max von Sydow and Joss Ackland. It tells the true story of a serial killer who killed more than 50 people, a guy who made the Hannibal Lecter of fiction look like a model citizen by comparison. Don't miss it!
