Serbian cinema, i believe, its the best cinema in the world, and this movie just proves my theory. I absolutely love it, and its on my top # 1 serbian movie of all time.
Self-improvement is masturbation, Self-destruction might be the answer...
Too bad to see that the "Cetniki" see it as a pro serbian movie, but in fact it's not.
Although I believe it's a very good movie: You can see how the muslims and the serbs were good friends before the war but then when te war started they chose their "own" sides. It reflects the stupidity of the war.
I think I see some nacionalism here and "here" is not the place to talk about that. I know that serbs are a proud nation but everything has its boundaries. And to post a comment with a name "Cetnik2005" is just like american posting a comment here with a name "bombthebelgrade". Isnt so funny anymore is it? As a slovenian I dont see nations in this world, I see only one nation HUMANS.
I watched the movie and is good as RANE are and I see both movies like learn from mistakes we made so they dont happen again.
Well I see that this complete thread is going somewhere, where it shoudn't go.
PEOPLE, THE WAR IS OVER AND EVERYONE EXEPT US, THE SERBS, IS THE WINNER! ISN'T IT ENOUGH? WHERE THIS LUCK OF COMMUNICATION CULTURE COMES FROM?
If the first two people say that they don't think it's pro-serbian movie, is this so bad, so they should be charachterized as the serbian nationalists?!! Well, it's their opinion and they have argumented it.
At the other side the argument is - you are the nationalists because you think that your movie is not pro-serbian!? What a f....cking argument is that? Because that's all I see here! Where do we go?
Come on people let's talk about the movie... let's here some arguments!
If we look at the movies like Wounds, The Trap and Pretty village pretty flame, I think its obvious where the ideas come from and they are nowhere near as original as they may seem. I wouldnt call Serbian cinema bad, becuse ocassionaly they do make good movies, but I think its a rather high praise to call it "The best in the world".
