Lowest Grossing Movie of All Time.
According the Box Office Mojo.
This movie happens to be the lowest grossing theatrical movie of all time in the US.
It grossed only $211. That means like only 25 people went to see it.
How sad is that.

Statistics in not right.
That's ridiculous. The margin of error for measuring is more than that. Did it ever occur to you that Box Office Mojo didn't collect the full statistics, especially of a film that was an entirely foreign production? I'll bet they didn't even bother to call the distributor. I know it's wrong becaise the theater where I saw it took in at least that much the night I saw it, and I later bought the DVD when it came out, and I live in a very small city.
shareBTW: there are a lot of movies that are so good that hollywood could even learn something from them but as you see they are not highly rated in USA as they don't have mark on it saying: Made in Hollywood, USA :)
shareamazing
only 25 people When there's no more room in hell, The dead will walk the earth...
actually, the lowest grossing film ever is called zyzzyx road, starring tom sizemore and katherine heigl. it was shown once a day for seven days and made a total of $30 - only six people saw it.
baby can you dig your man?
he's a righteous man.
If I remember correctly, over 400,000 people saw it in former Yugoslavia. It wasn't really successful in America, but far from being the lowest grossing film of all time.
shareReason is simple: Serbia (where it was made), or at that time, smaller Yugoslavia (made of Serbia and Montenegro only, not the big Titos Yugoslavia) was under US embargo, at time movie was made. Movie never made to international cinemas, as well as Serbs were viewed as bad boys exclusively in civic war (meaning: even if it could hit the boxes, that wasn`t favorable at the time).
Locally and regionally it was really popular. Thousands of people have seen it, and its DVD release is very popular.
