His Apartment

Does the building which Jon Bon Jovi's character lives in during the film actually exist, I seem to remeber it being called The Circle (and I'm not refering to the album). And if it does was the apartment filmed on a sound stage or was it one of the apartments in that particular building?

I recognised some of the places in the film suchas the theatre and some of the other areas around London, but I guess wherever that particular building is, must be just slightly more up-market than the places I usually frequent.
