Would Grownups stop hating on kids movies?

I mean, come on, is it an IMDb running gag for people to go on each and every "for kids 8 years old or younger" shows/movies and push them to the ground? The absurdity shows more when you look at the series, like Dora the Explorer or Barney... both being long running and hence indicative of success while being pushed down because it is "popular" to hate those shows.

And of course, the Teletubbies... "This is probably the scariest thing i've seen next to Saw 1,2, and 3." (music232)

If you're not the target audience, don't vote. It wouldn't be fair to go down vote the God Father simply because it "Isn't as good as the Dark Knight" (Oh wait.)

Point is, it doesn't matter if we're being nostalgic or not. As children, we liked this crap, and as children, we'd probably hate what we watch now. As children, the movie entertained which is why it should be judged on the merits of how well it entertained children... not insane adults who berate these nostalgic flicks only to get up votes on social media.
