Dialects in the film

There were a couple of actors who spoke with pretty noticably Finnish accent. How does that feel to those who have Swedish as their mother tongue? Is that common enough in Sweden as to not be of any concern, or do you register it somehow? Did people in this film otherwise speak with a typical dialect of that area? In general, they did seem a bit more Northern to my very uneducated ears, and they were easier to understand than some of the other Swedish dialects.
