Hymn Singing (spoilers)

Hi. Does anyone know the name of the hymn they are singing in church, after Sue leaves Jude because of the children's deaths?

I can't find it anywhere, nor can I make out some of the words. Was it perhaps created by Adrian Johnston specifically for the film?
