Unfortunately, after about eleven (!) years of funky existence (most websites of the good old days of Internet innocence didn't exist in their original form anymore by then), the 1996 subsite that Warner Bros. conjured up went down between 02.02.–06.04.2007 (a coupla years ago).
Maybe the server got fried or something, because the website stayed up for that long and it had not been edited much since 1996, or so the copyright notice says.
