Height of blonde ?German-accented crewcut hitman in hotel/balcony fight

Was "Nathan Jones" the actor playing the blonde ?German-accented crewcut hitman in the hotel/balcony fight scene in "Jackie Chan's First Strike"?

He looked about 8foot tall! so I am trying to find out his exact height. But IMDB does not say enough about the hitmen characters in their IMDB bio, to work out which actor I need to Google for.

Any ideas?
